Photo submitted by Muhammad Umer Asghar Ranjha The place where this mosque is situated was also the site of old Khaplu fort, only the ruins left now, was shifted down the valley back in time. The valley is situated at the edge of River Shoyak amidst tall mountains covered all the year with snow and is full of trees and is known as Khaplu the land of trees. There are so many water springs here and beside that threr is a famous Khaplu Fort and Chakchun Mosque here.
